Estimating Fee

Our fees are based on the Scope of Work and the size of the project, but we always try to keep our fees to a minimum in order to maintain ongoing business relationships. We handle all types of construction projects, including residential and commercial projects, and our average turnaround time is 2 to 3 working days. To find out the exact fee for your project, you can send us the plans in PDF format, via Dropbox or Google Drive. We will review the plans and provide you with a proposal for the exact fee and turnaround time. Please let us know whether you intend to bid the whole project as a general contractor or selected trades, so that we can provide you with an appropriate proposal. Approval to Proceed

Once you receive our proposal, you are welcome to discuss any questions or concerns you have with us via email or phone. We are happy to provide you with samples of already completed projects to give you a better idea of our work. We can customize our work to meet your specific needs, including format, level of detail, and breakdown. Our standard format of work is an editable Excel sheet, which allows you to make changes as needed. If you require it, we can provide you with software files such as Planswift or Bluebeam, or mark-up drawings. You can give us approval to proceed by replying to the proposal email or by signing the PDF proposal and sending us a copy. We will not begin work on your project until we receive your approval. Determining the appropriate fee for design professionals to charge for a project depends on many factors, including the scope of the project, the time duration, the size of the project, the building systems, and the overall construction budget.

Extra Information Regarding Our Charge:

We do not offer fixed fees for estimating services as we recognize that the level of detail required for each project can vary widely. Instead, we are happy to provide a no-obligation quote based on the drawings and specifications provided by our clients. You can send us your drawings via email, and we will provide you with a fee quotation within 2 working hours of receipt.

Our Quantity Surveyors ensure accurate pricing of all projects based on the information you provide. We prioritize excellent client service, taking the time to understand your business and its unique needs, whether through in-person meetings or phone consultations.

We acknowledge that no two building projects are the same, and we reject a “one template fits all” approach to our work.

Extra fees

Kindly be advised that our customers will receive their estimated files via email at no additional expense, in various formats such as Microsoft Word & Excel, as well as PDF formats, which will be prepared for them to print at their convenience. No extra fees will be imposed.

We offer a comprehensive service that entails a customized breakdown of materials, based on our client’s requirements. We require you to supply the plans, and we’ll deliver completed takeoffs. By incorporating your price lists, markups, and percentages, such as for materials, labor, contingencies, profits, and others, we can personalize your bids to suit your specific preferences. Alternatively, you have the option to add your own rates and markups. Our team of experts provides swift, reliable, and precise construction cost estimates and material takeoffs, and we also deliver quality cost estimates at every stage of the design process.
